The newest member to of our EQHI ohana is Kristi Banando. She comes from a career in corporate HR with startups in Los Angeles and has always wanted to move from the private sector to the non profit sector. She is so pleased to join the team use her talents for organizational development and leadership to the Puna Strong Mentorship to Resiliency Program. Having been on here for 3 years, she is so proud to be serving the LGBTQ community on Hawaii Island. She has been volunteering since she was in high school and is so excited to translate that passion into helping her neighbors access the services the deserve and need.
