About the Event
In celebration of Pride Month, Equality HI is proud to sponsor Jeremy Enslow’s art show titled “Strength” at The Exhibit Gallery Arts and Events (Hilo Tavern) on June 7, 2024, 7pm to 9pm. One of two unique Equality Hi sponsored art shows, “Strength” reflects the diversity of Jeremy Enslow’s tranquil life in Puna. Identifying as a queer artist, Jeremy has sold his artwork in many galleries, yet “Strength” is Jeremy’s very first solo “coming out” show.
His art is wide ranging from traditional landscape paintings and sunsets to cartoon characters and animals created with spray paint. He also loves creating abstract psychedelic mixed media pieces; “I like to transform people into landscapes and waterfalls and create serene spaces like beach scenes that keep you finding more and more details the harder you look at the piece.”
